CANCELLATIONS
At Margaret River Hair, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know. Please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time, otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged.
Feeling unwell? to keep all our clients and staff healthy we would prefer if you reschedule your appointment till you are better.

LATE ARRIVALS
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Margaret River Hair and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
Policies & Rules
At Margaret River Hair, we are dedicated to providing top-notch hair services in a safe and welcoming environment. We prioritize the safety and comfort of our clients, adhering to strict salon policies regarding children and occupational health and safety. If you are bringing children under the age of 12 into the salon, please ensure they are supervised properly, we work with very sharp and expensive equipment and would hate if our favorite tiny clients were hurt in any way,.
We ask that you show respect for everyone in the salon at the time of your appointment.
If for any reason you have a change of mind about your service you have received, we are more than happy to change your hair within 7 days of the initial appointment, free of charge within reason. after the 7 day period you will be charged full price for a new service.
